For tomorrow (monday-25/10/2010, looking at chart, stochastic oversold and rebound, MACD Green, acc/dist up, 2 white candle, hopefully can break 1.37 this week.
Those who has ALAM shares please SELL. the directors and employees are on margin financing on their ESOS shares..Soon the will be HUGE force selling on ALAM shares by CIMB and OSK.With vastalux debt unrecoverable ALAM shares will take a hit..it will be like MUDAJAYA..ALAM credit rating will be downgraded..
As i said ALAM counter for u to practice stop loss. Watch out at 87 sen whether can breakdown or not. If breakdown, stick to your stop loss rule. Do not wait for the next day to see if ALAM can rebound back. Rule of thumb, cut loss pls.
Yes, agree with u. I'm in the process to develop new website with proper forum. A forum must have ability to post pictures and media, so that we will create a sharing comunities through pic and other media. A picture paint thousands word. Tq.
What i see is Finance sector on the move. If u asked me about CIMB, u have to wait until end of tomorrow before enter. I prefer Maybank. I have draw the chart, have a look. Tq.
Warrant depend on expired date and need some calculation before u enter. If close to expired date, nobody want to buy and u will stuck until date expired. Calculation must done by refering its value with mother share. Some have 6 x, some 4X and its varies from counter to counter. Website Peggy method can tell u more about warrant. I just dont like warrant because of the expired date.
My name is MC. I m newbie in stock trading. I did follow your today posting on DRBHCOM technical analysis. But i still dont get the conclusion from your chart showing the price has touch the SMA20 and a descending Accumulation/Distribution line? Is that an indicator that the counter going to bullish soon?
Hi Mc, My prediction DRBHCOM for last week is price will drop until touching 20 moving average support line. Last friday, price still far away above 20ma line meaning possibility price will drop down again is higher. This can be seen through acc/dist where second peak is lower than first peak. My prediction Drbhcom will drop.
Hi sifu Ben, how are you? You are absolutely right on your prediction of DRBHCOM. At first I plan to buy the share on Monday but I postpone it considering your advise. Now looking forward for the best price to go in. Hope you can share with us your view on this counter again later.
Hi Ben, your blog has become my daily visit site nowaday :) I saw some forum people said the mother share price will encounter sudden drop when approaching the expiry of its warrant. As DRBHCOM-CI will expire this month end, do you think this will pose a risk to the mother share to rebounce if the warrant issuer try to push down the price before exercise? They said we can' t go against the 'shark'. Is this possible to happen? Sorry if I asked some stupid question in sifu's blog..Thanks. :)
I also heard the same story like u but i'm not sure how the warrant will drag the mother share during end of warrant closing. I'm not familiar with warrant and i dont like also to play warrant because of time limitation. Normally warrant will follow the mother share, if mother share up, warrant also up and vice versa. There must be a relation to conversion ratio, premium, gearing and exercise price. Tq.
Thanks for remind me about Supermx and 3A. Both have shown good signal to enter, and also many more counters have the same pattern. Tomorrow must be very interesting when KLCI hurdle to break 1600 line. Let see. By the way, i have include the Supermx in tonite posting. My request, pls sign in as followers. Tq.
Hi Ben, I like to say thanks for many accurate prediction you have been giving to us.
I still learning TA.
I need to ask you when you said "I wait at 1.98 to enter", is that means you will enter next day when today closing price at 1.98, or when the last done price reach 1.98 during the trading hour, or when the selling bid price reach 1.98 during the trading hour?
I notice that you use MA20 to determine the buy/sell price most of the time.
I use ChartNexus and BursaStation charts. But I found that ChartNexus uses the price chart based on the adjusted price data whenever there is dividend issued, whereas BursaStation uses unadjusted price data.
This makes MA of ChartNexus chart is lower compare to MA of BursaStation chart, after the dividend issue date.
I found that ChartNexus chart can be changed to unadjusted price chart too, from the price adjustment settings.
The difference of the 2 MA is few sen difference, which can affect I when want to set my target prices.
So.. Ben, which one do you use, unadjusted or adjusted price chart? Can shed some light?
Adjusted much better but now i used free chart. Lately u see mostly i used 20ma to enter but im not relying solely on 20ma. U better used EAST met WEST. Tq.
I just sent an email to Bursa Station to ask about unadjusted price chart..
This is what they replied me:
Dear Sir,
Kindly be informed that our historical chart data are adjusted for special dividend, rights, bonuses, consolidation and split from ex date going backward; normal dividend is not adjusted.
Normal dividends are given out on a regular basis by the companies and hence these are “expected” and factored into the share price. As soon as a share goes “ex” on this dividend, it theoretically becomes “cum” the next dividend. So, notionally there is a build up of value in the share price as it moves toward the next dividend, then drops to zero on the "ex" date, before starting to build up again.
A special case is special dividends, which are once-off dividends given by the company and hence not “expected” and factored into the share price. We will adjust for it.
hi, what do you think about tomypak counter?
